With deep knowledge and experience in both the full and quick-service restaurant sectors in corporate and independent backdrops, Mr. Santos possesses a unique and well-rounded perspective and approach towards a business and its people.

Chef Mieres is a skilled culinary professional, with over ten years of experience working in the kitchen.
As a graduate of the French Culinary Institute , he has helped various local restauranteurs with menu design and on improving vital areas of operations and execution.
Once an independent restaurant owner, Fausto now shares his culinary passions with the entrepreneurial field. Chef Mieres spearheads all aspects of food, beverage, and product development for Palm Foods.
